Rogers reported $3.90 million in cash; El-Sayed reported $2.73 million at October 14.

Both principal committees filed on October 22 and cover October 1–14, 2026. Rogers reported $2.45 million in receipts and $5.08 million in disbursements; El-Sayed reported $8.66 million and $9.71 million, respectively. Cash fell by $2.62 million for Rogers and $1.06 million for El-Sayed during the period. These are October 14 balances, not estimates of cash available today.

Checked October 25 against original filed Form 3 summaries and the FEC’s current-version filing lists. Figures are committee-reported, not an FEC audit. Receipts can include contributions, transfers, loans, expense offsets and other receipts; they are not simply donations. The comparison covers each principal committee, rather than every affiliated committee or outside spender.

The table includes all 26 Republican and Democratic nominees: 24 reports were located and two remain unavailable. The Senate reports above and Kumar’s separately labeled report bring this review to 27 available pre-general reports.

Availability. No corresponding 2026 quarterly or pre-general report was located for Heather Smiley’s or T.P. Nykoriak’s principal committee in the FEC records checked October 25. Their candidate pages likewise do not display 2025–2026 financial summaries. Unavailable does not mean zero cash or establish a failure to file.

The major-party quarterly reports cover July 16–September 30, after the pre-primary reporting period. Their ending cash reconciles to the beginning cash in each available October 1–14 report. El-Sayed’s October 22 amendment, FEC-2039704, and William Lawrence’s October 22 amendment, FEC-2039530, supersede their earlier filings; the summary amounts displayed here did not change. DeBoer’s October 21 and McKinney’s October 15 amendments remain the current quarterly versions.

The review found 110 filing versions, representing 106 current notices across 23 covered committees. Four amendments replace their originals. Rogers’s reviewed notices total $292,104.98; El-Sayed’s total $1,127,531.85. Each covers disclosed receipts dated October 15–22, with their latest notices filed October 23 and October 24, respectively. Other committees have different receipt and filing dates, shown below.

These are amounts in qualifying contribution and loan notices—not all fundraising, spending or updated cash balances. They are kept separate from the regular reports. The FEC requires these receipts to appear again in the next regular report; adding both would double-count them. A notice count measures documents, not donors or individual contributions. The absence of a notice is not evidence of no financial activity.
